The Hampton Place Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the administration of the Hampton Place Homeowner’s Association. These positions are filled annually by election of the Homeowners. The Board of Directors annually elects Officers for managing the certain operations of the Homeowners Association.  These positions include:  President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  Note:  Per Article IV of the Declaration of Covenents, these offices may be held by the same person, excepting the offices of President and Secretary.
